- 3 cl of Cognac
- 2 cl of Cointreau
- 1 dash of grenadine syrup
- 1 egg yolk
Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker (half-filled with ice cubes), shake well and strain into the glass.
Serve with ice cubes or crushed ice and straw.
Tips & tricks...
Garnish the edge of the glass with 2 cherries.
A cocktail very appreciated by women. The egg yolk allows the cocktail to breathe and reduces the strength of the brandy. It can be served for any occasion.
